Last night I made Spaghetti with Roasted Tomatoes & Herbs – This recipe is a favorite just because its pasta, but was even better last night since the cherry tomatoes and herbs (basil and scallions this time) were from our very own garden! Nothing better than homegrown
Dave is also going to grill up some steaks and veggies, can’t wait!
We’ll also have Shredded Chicken Tacos – courtesy of my freezer. I love freezer meals!! And I already had pretty much everything on hand already for toppings, just needed to buy the sour cream. WIN.
And since it’s officially fall, and we have a BOUNTY of Early Girl tomatoes from our backyard – Roasted Tomato Basil Soup from Annie’s Eats. If you haven’t had this soup before, go run and make it NOW. I’m pretty sure it’s one of Dave’s favorite recipes that I make.
